Who can participate in Four Senses?
The experience is suitable for:
- Adults and teens from age 12.
- Children aged 6–12, accompanied by an adult.
- Seniors, with no age limit, as long as they are in good physical and mental health.
- People with special needs, accompanied if necessary.
Each session lasts approximately 40 to 60 minutes.
The experience includes activities in the dark, guided by blind or visually impaired individuals, in settings such as nature, home, bar, and urban streets.
What are the session hours?
Regular sessions run Monday to Saturday, from 10:00AM to 6:00PM, every 30 minutes.

How can I book a Group Session at Four Senses?
Group bookings are ideal for:
- Schools and Educational Institutions
- Companies interested in team-building or corporate events
- Associations or Social Organizations
- Families or Groups seeking a private or personalized experience

Can I bring personal items to the experience?
Not allowed:
- Light-emitting devices (phones, watches, etc.)
- Any other items that might compromise the darkness of the experience
Participants must store belongings in the lockers available at reception.
Photography and use of phones or light devices are strictly prohibited during the experience.
Is it possible to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the session, with full refund.
Rescheduling: Up to 48 hours before the session, subject to availability.
In which languages are the experiences conducted?
Sessions are available in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
What happens if I arrive late to my session? Will I be refunded?
Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the session begins.
Late arrivals may result in loss of the reservation without refund.
Is Four Senses accessible to people with reduced mobility or disabilities?
Yes, our facilities are adapted — except for wheelchair access.
- People with canes or crutches: May participate normally.
- Blind or visually impaired individuals: May participate normally.
- Deaf individuals: May participate, but should be aware that much of the experience relies on hearing.
The experience is inclusive and open to people with various types of disabilities, as long as they can participate independently or with a companion. The companion will be responsible for guiding the participant throughout the experience.
This experience is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions or severe claustrophobia.
Participants with specific medical needs should inform the team at the time of booking.
Is the experience suitable for children?
Yes, the experience is suitable for children from 6 years old, as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
Are food or drinks allowed during the experience?
No food or drinks are allowed during regular sessions.
Can I visit the venue without participating in the experience?
No, visits to the venue are reserved exclusively for participants of the experience.
