Terms, Conditions and Code of Conduct of Four Senses
These Terms, Conditions and Code of Conduct govern the use of the Four Senses website (https://four-senses.pt/) and participation in the sensory experience held at the physical venue located at Rua Rebelo da Silva 31, Faro – Portugal.
By using the website to make reservations, access information or subscribe to services, and by participating in the experience at the Four Senses venue, the user agrees to comply with these Terms, Conditions and Code of Conduct.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately stop using the website and/or refrain from participating in the experience.

2. Website Use
2.1. The website https://four-senses.pt/en is intended to provide information about the Four Senses project, allow reservations for the sensory experience, and enable newsletter subscriptions.
2.2. By using the website, the user agrees to:
- Not violate any applicable legal or regulatory standards.
- Not use the website to distribute malicious content, impair its functionality, or compromise third-party security.
- Provide accurate and complete information when filling out forms, making bookings or subscribing to newsletters.
- Respect intellectual property rights associated with the website content.
2.3. Four Senses reserves the right to restrict or suspend access to the website for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions.
3. Bookings and Payment Policy
3.1. Online Bookings
- All bookings must be made through the website or via the provided email or phone contacts.
- At the time of booking, users must/may provide:
- Full name and age of all participants
- Email address and mobile number of the booking contact
- Total number of participants and preferred date/time
- Indication if any participant has special needs
- Preferred language for the visit (subject to availability)
- Payment must be made at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
- For larger groups, a specific form is available. Once submitted, the Four Senses team will contact you to confirm availability and finalize the booking.
3.2. Payment Policy
- Four Senses accepts credit cards, debit cards, online payments via secure platforms, and cash payments on site.
- All payments are processed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
- For group bookings, the final amount will be adjusted based on the number of participants and previously agreed conditions.
3.3. Booking Confirmation
- After payment, the user will receive a confirmation email with the booking details. This email must be presented at the time of the experience, along with a digital or physical ticket.
4. Code of Conduct at the Venue
4.1. Punctuality
- Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in the loss of the reservation without refund.
4.2. Behavior
- Participants must follow all instructions given by guides and staff.
- The following is strictly prohibited:
- Smoking, consuming alcohol or illegal substances before or during the experience
- Using light-emitting or sound-emitting devices inside the venue
- All personal items, including electronic or luminous devices, must be stored in the provided lockers

4.3. Safety
- The experience is safe, but participants should inform staff of any relevant medical conditions prior to the session.
- It is forbidden to endanger the safety of other participants or the Four Senses team.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
5.1. Cancellations
- May be made up to 48h in advance, with a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48h before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
5.2. Rescheduling
- Experiences may be rescheduled up to 48h in advance, subject to availability.
6. Liability
6.1. Four Senses strives to ensure the information on the website is accurate and up to date but does not guarantee it is free from errors or omissions.
6.2. Four Senses is not responsible for:
- Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or participation in the experience
- Incidents caused by participants failing to follow the rules of conduct or safety
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All website content is the property of Associação Ver pelo Coração and is protected by law.
7.2. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without express authorization.
8. Privacy and Personal Data
8.1. The processing of personal data follows the Privacy and Cookies Policy available at X.
8.2. The data collected is used exclusively to manage the experience and communicate with participants.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. Four Senses reserves the right to amend these Terms, Conditions, and Code of Conduct at any time.

10. Image Use Authorization
By purchasing a ticket for Four Senses, the user freely authorizes the capture and use of their image (photos and/or videos), taken during or at the end of the experience, for institutional and promotional purposes on the project’s social media, website, and other communication channels.
Use will always be ethical, respectful, and will not compromise the participant’s integrity. If you do not authorize the capture and use of your image, you must inform reception before or at the end of the experience.
